How do I establish an affiliation agreement with SRS?

Where does SRS have facilities?
SRS provides therapy services in post-acute care facilities throughout Texas.
Is there a uniform requirement?
SRS uniforms are:
- Navy blue or black polo with khaki pants
- Navy blue or black scrubs (solid, no prints)
Students may wear the SRS uniform or their school uniform. Please wear closed-toe shoes and your school name tag.
Where can I park?
Most of our facilities have open parking. Please park towards the back of the facility and leave the parking in front of the facility for families and guests of the residents.
What information should I review before starting my rotation?
Please review your State Practice Act and Board Rules. Download and review the SRS Student Orientation Manual contact Emily Briggs (ebriggs@srs4rehab.com) for details.
Review common diagnoses affecting the adult/geriatric population as they relate to your discipline (i.e., CVA, Parkinson’s, joint replacements, cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, etc.).
